Why does vision in my left eye rotate clockwise 3 degrees? True with or w/o glasses. Not true for right eye.?

Why does vision in my left eye rotate clockwise 3 degrees? True with or w/o glasses. Not true for right eye.?Has been true both before and after cataract removal in both eyes. Neither of my opthalmologists (one for cataract removal the other for early stage glaucoma) can provide an answer. I am 71.
