What can I do to ease the stress of this situation? It's a bit complicated but I'm 24 single female still living at home with my aunt and my mom, my mom has some mental delays so she needs to be looked after, we recently found out she has glaucoma and just had surgery done to remove a cataract from her eye, she has to take these eye drops four times a day on schedule for the rest of her life. I work full time at a grocery store and use public transportation, i was in school but left because things were getting too complicated and i lost all concentration and i needed a break, plus my grades were suffering. biggest regret, now I want to go back to school n get my degree, but with my mom having to take these drops four times a day on schedule, and my aunt working a full time job at a hospital, I don't know how im going to manage to be there for her and take care of my business, I need to do something else with my life because Im tired of working at a grocery store it sucks. I cant afford a car or my own place on this salary, nor rent. Ive been trying to figure this out for a while, but have come up with very little solutions, I feel all my friends having the time of their lives and me stuck, and its depressing. If i cant go back to school now, maybe i can find a better job, but with no degree, my options are limited, even with an associates which i have, is there any possible solution out of this problem that works for everyone, or am i looking at this all the wrong way and should be grateful, and maybe this is what im supposed to be doing?

Wow a couple of loaded questions here.
To assume that the only place you can work is a grocery store because you don't have a degree is incorrect, many many people make money without college.
Eyedrops hardly seem like a valid reason to not go to school. Work it out. Give her drops in the morning, go to school near your house so you can come home at lunch and do it.
Also- you can do online school. University of Phoenix and others are accredited.

There are lots of jobs out there, even the post office which pays about $ 25/hr. with benefits and no degree. You just have to look. Internet schooling is possible, and your mom has insurance, right? Can you get a nurse to come and do the drops for the times you aren't there? Or a neighbor? Sometimes you can talk with the school too, and do some stuff by mail. You can also put your mom on your insurance under some circumstances, and check into nurses then. You might have to hold off on school a bit longer until you get the money and health care situation is resolved, but you can do it. Look on computer like jobs-on-monster.com for jobs in your area. Good luck, you're a good daughter, remember that.

get ur mom a watch with an alarm. make it go off four times a day, at the times she needs the drops so she wont forget. if she doesnt know already how to do the eye drops, then teach her. stay with her for a few days until she has it down. then you can start thinking about goin to college. if u want a car get a better paying job. ur 24 for gods sake i think you have the brainpower to find a better job.
btw ur mom is still living with ur aunt. she can help ur mom out too right?
anyways good luck and dont make excuses for what you really want.
