Sensory disorders/disabilities cause or impair a person to have issues with; Tactile (touch), Auditory (hearing), Visual (sight), Taste, Olfactory (smell), Vestibular (movement and gravity), Proprioceptive (body awareness).

Most people experiencing sensory disorders are either hypersensitive (over stimulated) or hypo sensitive (under stimulated). Which is very common in children with Autism.

Acquired Brain injuries, such as Stroke or Traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's, Friedreich's ataxia and Multiple sclerosis also cause sensory problems, Proprioception (especially body awareness), Tactile etc.

Dysphagia is a sensory disorder, but is usually associated with a disease or condition such as Stroke, Cerebral palsy or Parkinson's disease etc. So I would mention it is a side effect to a disease or condition.

Hope this helps a little
