How To Prevent Nearsightedness
Nearsightedness which is often caused by too much "near work" (computer, reading, school work, fine handiwork etc), can be prevented or reduced using reading glasses. Bifocal lenses work by having reading lenses built into the lower half of regular perscription lenses.
