There are a few that can cause it.

Nystagmus just means "involuntary eye movement" usually its caused by disfunction in the part of the brain that controls eye movement. Is not necessarily a disease or disorder, unless a specific disorder cant be found. If one can, than its just a symptom.

Tardive dyskinesia is usually lower parts of the face(jaw, cheeks, and tongue) but can sometime effect eyes.

Menieres Disease is a disease that effects the inner ear, it causes uncontrolled eye movements.

Ataxia is another that has nystagmus as a symptom, as well as sometimes ADHD.

Dandy walker symdrome is where fluid builds up in the cerebellum, effecting eye movement.

Parkinsons sometimes presents with nystagmus

Sometimes the palsy's (bells, cerebral) can present with nystagmus.

Good Luck.
